Estonia selects Frankenburg to build a missile production complex in the national Defence Industry Park

Frankenburg Mark I interceptor missile live-fire test (August 25, 2025)

Frankenburg Technologies has been selected by the Ministry of Defence of Estonia and Estonian Centre for Defence Investments as one of four companies to establish production facilities in Estonia’s new Defence Industry Park.

The Estonian site will become one of Frankenburg’s modular production hubs – part of our scalable European network for manufacturing short-range air defence missiles quickly, affordably, and close to where they are needed. In its first phase, the facility will have a production capacity of 100 short-range air defence missiles per day and will immediately create 30 jobs, enhancing local manufacturing capacity and supply resilience across Europe’s defence industry.

This reinforces Frankenburg’s move toward scalable mass production, supported by government partnership and aligned with Europe’s drive to expand its defence industrial base.
